Lightjockey2 wont recognize USB DMX DUO

Hello,

Just installed Lightjockey 2.110, I have the OneKey and it is recognized.

I to to setup then to hardware setup and no USB interfaces are detected.

I downloaded Martin USB Tools but didnt really find anything helpful in there…

When I open “USB View”, my computer recognizes it but Lightjockey wont. I dont know what I am missing.

Any help would be appreciated

Difficult to troubleshoot like this.

Contact controllersupport@martin.dk and explain the issue, this might request a remote session to help fixing this.

There are probably some old driver files left behind. Run the cleanup tool and reinstall M-PC
